Gluten-free resolutions for 2019: travel, eat, and enjoy! And work to be able to do so… of course!

For the new year, we must wish to go a little further and accomplish new goals! As we said in the Christmas post on December 25, in 2018 we set really high standards, since we made many improvements to the website:

  • New improved website for use on mobile phones and tablets.
  • Monthly Newsletter to which you can subscribe to receive a summary of everything we have published throughout the previous month.
  • Gluten-free travel card page more intuitive.
  • And creating a new tool: the Map of Gluten Free Restaurants in the World! Of course, we will update it with all our trips. We hope that with very few – or none – red radioactive symbols and many logos of Gluten Free Adventures!

Although we still have to publish some trips that we did in 2018 through Serbia, Bosnia, the South of Spain and France, as well as the trip to Morocco (which is where we are right now) and we already have some (work) trips planned for the beginning of year to the United States and Italy, to keep improving, we want to ask you something:

What do you expect from Gluten Free Adventures?

Is there anything you would like to find in our website?

Is there something you think we can improve?

Any trip you want to propose?

As much as possible, we will try to improve the page to be more useful for all of us!

For now, we leave here a summary of the most read articles of 2018 (you can also click on the image to see them):

P.S.: Please keep in mind that in this blog I share my trips, anecdotes and experiences about gluten free travel around the world. It is possible that, in any of my trips, I go to some restaurant not trained by the associations where the risk of being contaminated with gluten exists. I kindly ask you to also take into account that the list of references can change. Please, always double check before eating in the restaurants we recommend. Thank you very much!
